Passenger Experience

Your ride will be in a meticulously maintained vehicle, a spacious hybrid minivan capable of accommodating up to six passengers. With onboard wifi and customized music options, we prioritize our passenger's comfort and convenience. Our vehicle has an easy in-and-out advantage, with its low-to-the-ground accessibility, you will not have any problems upon entering and exiting the vehicle. Each vehicle undergoes thorough cleaning to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests. Additionally, our minivan features three rows, with the second row offering reclining seats equipped with footrests for enhanced comfort during your journey.

What type of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a hybrid platinum model minivan that affords both luxury and space for any occasion. Our van can hold up to six passengers.

Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes, we provide airport transportation to and from all major airports in the area.

Is your service available 24/7?

Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if my flight is delayed?

We recognize that flight delays can happen. All flights are guaranteed pick-up for up to one hour after the original pick-up time. While we strive to accommodate delays, there may be a waiting period for pick-up, or the need for alternative arrangements.

What happens if my flight is delayed before I am transported to the airport?

If your flight is delayed before you're being transported to the airport, you are assured a 30-minute delay allowance. We can accommodate a 30-minute delay in your transport to the airport. Beyond that, we may need to drop off other customers at the airport to ensure the schedule remains on track. If you would like to delay your service to the airport, we will do what we can to accommodate you. However, you may need to make other arrangements. Ask about rideshare.
